Why choose the Silver position? Simple - the
owners, while seeing their vision come true

afford the initial cost.
The Silver representative program was created.
Under the Silver Representative plan, you will simply
have to purchase a $49.95 marketing kit
annually.
Silver Representatives will be able to sign up
customers for all products, earn commissions, sponsor
new Representatives, and receive additional pay points.
This plan works much like the Platinum position $399.95
program with a few, very important
differences.
Silver Representatives on the free plan will earn
commissions on those customers that they personally sign
up and on the customers they bring in.
They will also receive pay points for each Rep
they sponsor from the third Rep on and they will be able
to qualify for 15 levels of pay. The difference with the
free program is that those on this plan are not eligible
to receive the Fast Start Pay, or Team Pay. In essence,
when a Rep on the Silver plan signs up another Rep
he/she will be paid CUP commissions on all of their new
Reps customers (up to 15 levels)!
Each active customer gathered qualifies you for
an additional level of pay, up to 15 levels. For
example, if you have 1 customer you are qualified for 1
level of pay. If you have 7 customers you are qualified
for 7 levels of pay and so on. The services that count
towards qualification are long distance, the ITI Web
Site, PAT Live and ITI Link Internet service.
There is no vesting in the free program. In other
words, if you have 10 customers and one drops off you
have a thirty-day grace period in which to replace that
customer. If the customer is not replaced within 30 days
your eligibility will drop to 9 levels until that 10th
customer is replaced. Each additional pay point is
automatically qualified for the same amount of levels as
your original pay point.

Once a new Representative sees what an incredible
opportunity ITI is, they do have the option to upgrade
to the $399.95 plan. They are able to do this at any
time.
The upgraded rep will be able to collect Fast
Start and Team Pay on any new Qualified Product
Representatives they gather up to 50 levels provided
they are qualified (see $349 plan level qualification
details). This takes place after the Home Office has
processed the upgrade.
Once they have upgraded, they will begin getting
$20, $30, and $200s on the new QPRs they sponsor plus
Team Pay! When upgrading the Rep must pay the entire
$399.95 membership fee in addition to the $49.95 plus
$10.00 shipping and handling they already
