There are no hoops to jump through, no monthly quota's to meet, no inventory to purchase, no monthly volumes, merely a simple straight-forward qualification process.  All up front, all in the open.

At this years Gala, ITI announced the EXCITING New Pay Plan!!

 

This enhanced  plan offers incredible opportunities for reps to qualify for positions in a fresh innovative way which also creates the opportunity for deeper levels of pay!

 

We listened to you when you made suggestions about your pay plan, so here is ITI putting You, our reps first!  These changes make the Pay Plan easier, more user friendly and helps you to set goals we know you can all reach!! 

 

One key change is the removal of requiring ATMs (Advance Team Member) or QPRs (Qualified Product Representative).    All pay types and amounts will stay as is, the levels you reach however, are sure to change.  What better way to strive to reach for your goals, when the goals are as attainable as this new pay plan makes them!

 

The basis to the new plan is a simple point system to determine Qualification for Positions and Levels of Pay.  The point system is based on membership position. 

 

Reps will receive (1) point for Silver, (2) points for Gold and (3) points for Platinum memberships.  Each corresponding level also earns a position title.

 

3 Points required to reach                Levels 1-5 =                 Manager

6 Points required to reach                Levels 6-10 =                Senior Manager

30 Points required to reach              Levels 11-15 =              Vice President

60 Points required to reach              Levels 16-20 =              Sr. V. President

150 Points required to reach            Levels 21-50 =              Exec. V. President

 

Point System:                       Silver = 1       Gold = 2            Platinum = 3

 

 Other adjustments that relate to the Pay Plan change: 

X      The 60-day requirement for a sponsored rep to gather a customer before fast start pay would be released has been removed. 

X      Fast start pay is now released in 14 days, instead of the previous 30 days.
